HOW TO STABILIZE MILK FOR FOAMY COFFEE.

Hey All - This is a pretty simple one, so I'm going to get right to it...

INGREDIENTS

100ml Of Semi Skimmed/Whole Milk
A Pinch of Salt (Optional, add it after you've completed all steps but before pouring into your coffee)

METHOD

Pour your milk into a microwave-able container with a spout, so the finished milk can be easily poured into your coffee. Microwave on high for 45 seconds, then take it out of the microwave and whisk thoroughly with a milk foamer or whisk. Do so for a good 15 seconds so you incorporate enough air. Then place the milk back in the microwave for another 15 seconds to stabilize the foaminess of your milk. Take the milk out of the microwave, stir with a spoon to evenly distribute the foam and pour into your coffee. Job done.

P.S. Send me pictures on Instagram of your finished coffee by tagging me @thechristinabentley or by hashtagging #thechristinabentley !! I'd love to see them! And any other food and drinks you've made for that matter! :)
